Victor Daniels is a results-driven professional and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a strong background in program execution and learning development. With over four years of experience in various capacities, he has demonstrated exceptional acumen in academia, leadership, and professional development. Victor is known for his innovative thinking, social entrepreneurship, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strategic approach to leadership and process improvements.

In his previous role as the Head of Programs and Learning at Eko Innovation Center and Eko Institute of Technology, Victor successfully drove and managed programs and tech-focused learning initiatives (Art of Technology Lagos, MarkHack, Ekoclimathon, SecureHack and Techbiz) focused on fostering and accelerating tech talents and entrepreneurs in Nigeria, as well as managing programmatic components of tech hackathons, conferences, and events that attracted over 10,000 attendees and generated 2+ million positive media impressions. Additionally, as a Program Coordinator with Millennium Campus Network for the Millennium Fellowship Class of 2022, he provided valuable support to 3000 Millennium Fellows from around the world, in advancing their social impact initiatives. Victor's passion for learning and curriculum development is evident through his previous engagements as a Program and Curriculum Associate with Fishbowl Challenge, where he played a key role in coordinating and co-building a global social entrepreneurship program for college students globally and high school students in the Americas.

Victor's commitment to social innovation and entrepreneurship has earned him prestigious fellowships, including the Acumen Fellowship in 2023, the Millennium Fellowship in 2020, the Young Innovation Leaders (YIL) Fellowship in 2021, Lagos Business School Young Talents in 2021, and the Youth in Development Fellowship in 2021 as well as multiple awards and recognitions.

Victor's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in his work as he has thus worked on co- founding three tech startups (Agrinect, Cardionect & Hostelpaddy), as well as his current role as the Co-founder & Advisory Board of The Ganglion Initiative.

Victor is deeply passionate about leveraging technology and social innovation to address human-centric challenges. His expertise in global youth and international development, combined with his experience in product and program management, makes him an asset in driving impactful initiatives.
