Ohany Román, Program Coordinator
As Program Coordinator, Ohany Román plays a critical role in the growth and implementation of the Millennium Fellowship program. He is responsible for the administrative and logistical elements of operations and programming. Prior to joining MCN, Ohany worked as a case manager for a COVID-19 emergency rental assistance program in San Jose, California where he supported and advocated for immigrant families from getting evicted. Ohany was part of the fellowship’s Class of 2019 where he co-created a food security initiative on his campus. Ohany received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, Arkansas. Ohany is passionate about human rights and hopes to one day start a nonprofit to support immigrants making their way to the United States from Central America.
